From the time when I first rang for a quote right through the project they were extremely efficient and professional in every way. Having worked in the real estate industry as a salesman for the last 12 years I have encountered, built lasting relationships with, sold for, negotiated and basically got involved with many of the local builders in the Diamond Valley, some large companies and some one man shows. I have dealt with very good, some average and some just bad builders. Having said that I always thought that come the time I would have a vast array of trade’s people to choose from if I was to ever renovate again, or build a new home or extend my current home. To whom it may concern, This letter is to say how pleased we are with our recent renovations completed by MPH Developments Pty Ltd. We had a medium size project renovation project; the almost complete internal demolition of the early 1960s skillion section of our 119 year old Victorian double brick residence and the re-purposing of the space. This was a complex project in part because of it being an entirely brick structure, and because of the diverse nature of the subfloor with a mix of beam, bearer on piles and slab on ground. We additionally sought total re-flooring of our house and levelling of the original 119 year old floor prior to overlay with solid timber (spotted) gum. We sought new wall to wall wardrobes to full ceiling height of 11 feet height in 3 existing bedrooms and major rewire and re-plumbing. The result is fabulous. Brett Peterson, one of the two company directors of MPH Pty Ltd was on site more than 75% of the construction time. Friends and family alike have been amazed as the transformation that took place across a 10 week period – suggesting that this would in normal circumstances take 4-6 months. Our own previous experience with a number of renovations over the past 31 years would, by far, establish this as one of the most efficient and well-managed. The project management was efficient, effective and very customer focussed. We received accurate and timely updates, and were appropriately stepped through and consulted on decisions and variations. MPH uses very thorough and reliable subcontractors, such that the work was performed at or above standard and any issues or concerns quickly and courteously responded to. Jarrod the electrician went out of his way, for example, to ensure we ended up with very user friendly locations for lighting, switch and powerpoints. Evan, the plumber accommodated our additional requirements for setting up an automatically adjusting supply of tankwater for toilet, washing machine and garden as well as water, gas and sewerage connections that will facilitate easy extension of these services for our next renovation project to convert our garage into some living space. All paperwork was well handled and all contractual elements, invoices and variations efficiently organised and provided full accountability for project outlays. The large cedar post that supports our back verandah is a lovely signature piece courtesy of Brett. We have seen two other of his magnificent verandahs – and the passion for getting the look right (we received very good advice about our kitchen family room ceiling) We have already recommended MPH to 6 other friends, family and associates.

After what seemed like endless inspecting of poorly constructed and unappealing townhouses. we finally came across a town house constructed by MPH Developments in Warwick Rd Greensborough. The town house was for my father so he could downsize into a new low maintenance home, in or around the Greensborough area.
